Our Business
Pomegranate germinated from a love for baking but also a desire to provide people with things they want, not a catalog from which to choose. We're idea people, but so are you. Two heads are better than one, and this way, you get what you want, and it tastes great too!
Who We Are
Pomegranate is the brainchild of Chef Mamata Reddy, an editor-turned-pastry-chef and graduate of The French Pastry School. In an effort to make the things she wants to make (and not high-production formulas by the hundreds every week), she started Pomegranate as a made-to-order business, with some gourmet nonperishables such as the jams, biscotti, and dog biscuits on the side. Her goal is to provide you with flavor fusions you can't get other places and unique designs only the two of you could put together!
